The bad boss is a well-established category of movie villains. Think of Franklin Hart Jr. in “9 to 5” and Claire Dearing in “Jurassic World.” In that tradition, Kofi Ntiforo gives us “Dream Job.” The Ghanan filmmaker uses visuals alone to establish the irony of his title. This searing one-minute drama was an entry in the Mobile Film Festival AFRICA 2023.
