On the surface, Arian Vazirdaftari’s “Mon Amour” is a classic story of  love: love found, love lost, and love recaptured. But when we dig deeper, we realize that we’re viewing a documentary about technology. Just as early movies were filled with trains, planes, phones, and other 20th century marvels, now the non-human players are cell phones and operating systems.
