Stefan Etrych’s “Bubbles Don’t Lie” has won first place  at this year’s Mobile Film Festival. In this 5-minute comedy, mysterious numbers appear above people’s heads. When the meaning of the numbers is revealed, the secret changes how everyone views everyone else.

Caution (and possible spoiler alert): While the visuals are PG, the film’s is definitely for people who are not easily offended by a comedy that pokes fun at everyone including newscasters, entertainers, spouses, and even a cigaret-smoking nun.

The film was shot on an iPhone 5.
