FiLMic Pro invites you to enter its second annual short film contest. FiLMiC will award $25,000 worth of gear for winners in five categories: fiction, documentary, music, places, experimental. This annual smartphone moviemaking contest will offer a special jury prize for a film by a female filmmaker. One Grand Prize winner will receive a prize to be announced.

Key rules include:

• the video must be 5 minutes or less
• the video must be shot 70% using the FiLMiC Pro app
• the video must include the FiLMiC Pro bumper
• music must be licensed and model releases must be obtained where necessary
• entrants agree to grant FiLMiC the exclusive right to use the entries

Deadline for submitting entries to this well-respected competition is May 27, 2016.
