All films shot with mobile phones! Our mobile media film festival takes place in San Diego, California. We have a live event venue in which we feature the films competing, film festival partners from around the globe, our global Community Stories program and much more. Film submissions open July 1, 2014 (midnight California time) and continue through January 19, 2015 (midnight California time).

Entrant qualifications: Anyone who is a human being.
Entry fee: There is none.
Equipment: The video must be shot with a cell phone.
Length: 60 seconds to five minutes including credits.
