In Matthew Cherry’s “9 Rides”  an Uber driver clocks in to work on New Year’s Eve, the busiest night of the year. The night takes him all across the city as he transports nine different groups of passengers who help him come to terms with life-changing news.

This feature film is a SXSW Film Festival Official Selection. The filmmakers are running an Kickstarter campaign to get money to finish the movie before the March premier. The crowdfunding campaign ends on March 8, so if you want to get involved, the time is now.
