In 2019, Taiwanese director Liao Ming-Yi’s “Parking” won the Grand Prize in the FiLMiC Pro Mobile Film Festival. That 4-minute drama was about a doctor suffering from OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). Now Liao is back with “I Weirdo,” a feature-length love story about two people with OCD. According to Variety, this is “the first Asian fiction feature to be shot entirely on an iPhone” (the iPhone XS Max).
