Illusion is at the heart of moviemaking—turning  still photos into moving pictures.  So it’s no surprise that magic plays a role in many movies. Examples include “Now You See Me,” “The Illusionist,” plus all those Harry Potter flicks. And then there’s the magic in George Lucas’s Industrial Light & Magic. Which brings us to Michel Gondry’s  “A Dozen Eggs.” Gondry shot this amusing Apple commercial on an iPhone 13 Pro. After viewing his sorcery, if you’re desperate to know how it was done, you’re in luck.  The director created a behind-the-scenes companion piece that gives away some of the secrets.
