The Toronto Smarphone Film Festival (TSFF) is the fastest growing innovative mobile film festival in North America encouraging filmmakers to share their stories shot on smartphones and tablets. Now in its sixth year, TSFF has featured mobile-shot movies from 50 countries. All genres are accepted. Run time is 10 minutes or shorter.

The early-bird submission deadline is January 31, 2017; the fee is $10. The regular deadline is March 24, 2017; the fee is $15.The event dates are June 1-3, 2017.

Award categories are:

• Best Canadian Film (All Canadian Films are eligible)
• Best International Film (All Non-Canadian Films are eligible)
• Best Emerging Film (All GTA-based Emerging Artists with max. 3 short films including TSFF submissions are eligible)
• Audience Choice (All films are eligible)
