The L.A. Times reports that Junkin Video is expanding its business of buying the rights to movies shot by amateurs. (If you sell a video, perhaps that makes you a professional, but why quibble?) Junkin is currently developing its own programs that will feature clips, particularly those that are funny and that have viral potential.
